and this year’s Miss India is Rashmi Kapoor
wow! I wanted to hear this for a long time in my past but never happened. I think all girls liked the glamour and wanted to have the feeling of having that tiara. I was no exception. I was fascinated by it and deeply desired to have one.

It wasn’t that easy or approachable of becoming a model as it is now. In my growing years. there was no google :) well! I must say this is an excuse. If I would have been more passionate about it, I would have tried a little more but in my teens, I had many things in my mind, had no idea of how to go about it. I felt it was better to concentrate on my studies.

when we have many things to achieve in life, we lose focus on what we want to do. when life is scattered we don’t understand what our goals are. To be very frank we have never been taught what outcomes are or how to reach a place that we are passionate about. I never knew that we should have some goals, I did things because they were meant to do so that’s it.

we were taught how it is important to get highly educated to earn a good amount of money and keep aside what we love.

sometimes in this chaos of life, we tend to bury those dreams that we were passionate about. and then times flies, in some moments of life we dig little of those buried past moments and feel that I wish I tried or I wish I heard my heart and wish I did what I loved the most. most of us bury our dreams thinking that it may never happen so it’s better to let go and move ahead.

They say life gives gifts in many forms, we just have to be aware of it. such gift was granted when I was crowned with a tiara among 1000 women for sharing a part of my life story and that was being selected as one of the inspiring stories by Dr. Shivangi maletias, founder of “Queen in making”. A dream that came true but in a different form. I was in cloud 9 at that moment. I felt like a princess. A moment I will cherish the most.

we never know what life has stored for us, but doing what we love will give life meaning and a feeling of fulfillment. Nowadays I make sure I keep adding whatever I love to do. it makes me in a very good state.

Today when I share my stories or take my clients through a transformation process, I do add that it’s okay that we could not have achieved what we wanted to but we still are alive and healthy and can open the doors of possibilities where we can accomplish all those dreams that we wish for, and remember Life gives gifts, receive!
Have a blessed day1
